I need guide..Sample project given..Help needed

Hello Access-programers users..
Attached here is a sample project of my database which i have made regarding Hotel Reservation database..I aim to complete the following problems..

-> Set Total Stay cost = (Type Cost * Days of Stay) + Facilities Cost + Fine

->If Check out time > 1300 then set Fine = Type Cost

->Check Relationship(Cannot do relationship with RoomMaster.Room No and Reservation.Room No)

->Set the Floor Location = the righttrim of Roomcode e.g Floorno is 02 if room code is R025

If someone could pls give me a clue on how to do this on the database..i appreciate it..Pls guide me as i am still a basic access user..Thx

Some of the things you suggest seem relatively simple - I suggest searching the forum as there will be answers to the majority of these questions.

ok here..i got it in access 97 format...recap:here are the problems + i added some more due to inconsistency
