Hello, i have a form with records bounded and when i have the focus in a control in the form when i use the scroll of the mouse it moves through the records as expected. My form is big in height so it has a scroll bar, so my problem is that i want with the move to scroll down the form not the records. Any ideas?

No, single form, one record per form. It has a right scroll bar but when i have the forcus on a record bounded filed for example a textbox on the form and use the mouse scroll it scrolls to the next record, not down the form on the gui.

its a problem with the mouse wheel - thats what it does!

as a result, there are a number of utilities fixes to turn the mouse-wheel off within access

try setting the forms cycle property to current record - that might help - but i'm not sure. I think you probably have to actively select the scroll control

a lot of users probably avoid using large forms, by setting the data out within a tab control. Then you dont need to scroll down. Can you use that idea?

Can you explain more please? Can i do something from coding in VBA?

1, there are a number of add ins that will turn off the mouse wheel - just google for them

2, or lay out your form with a tab control, so you dont have to scroll to another area. large forms are not very friendly in access

3, the other point was that setting the forms cycle property to "current record" might prevent the mouse wheel behaviour, but I am not sure offhand
