Seaching by name in a form

Hello.

My Access (2007) knowledge is very basic. I have a form with a sub-form both linked by a subject ID. The form is for Personal Details and also records personal information such as weight, height, Blood Pressure etc.

On the top of the form I want to create a filter where I can search for a record by using both first and surname similar to the one used in the 'contacts' example database included in Access 2007.

Any advice?

Why not use the same methodology as shown in the sample db.
