search employee

I know how to have a form pop up upon entering the program. However I want to enter a employee number in the field and press the search button and bring up his,her form.

Im using this to log calls and notes comming from teh employee in regards to technical questions and such.

Im possitive this question has been asked and I appoligize for asking againi but im new here and am not about to search every form. I did a general search for it but nothing popped up.
