Sorry, if the answer for my problem is on the forum but somehow I could'nt find it.
I have a form to create a new material, the user has to provide index number, name, group, vendor, etc.
I have a Index number in following format: xxx-xx-xx-x
eg. 140-11-10-0
140-11-11-0
etc.
What I want to do, is show the user first available index that he can use, eg. 140-11-12-0, the first 3 digits and last one don't change as they're reserved.
Hope I'm clear enough here.
