I believe I am getting this error because of the Form Header and Page Header bleed over to a second page when I am in print preview. I have highlighted all my fields and lines to make sure none of them are outside the margins...which none of them are. When I am in print preview the first page is fine, but the next page shows to lines at the top of the form and one at the bottom, leading me to believe its the header, footer. Can the length of the header/footer be changed or am I missing something here....Any help is greatly appreciated as this is driving me crazy!

Sounds like you need to find the lines that extend beyond the margin and shorten them, then drag the right-hand margin of the report to inside the page-less-margins width. If you still have trouble, can you post the db or a picture of the report in design view?

pgregory,

the Form Header and Page Header bleed

It may have just be a typo, but from your post it appears you are attempting to print a Form and not a Report. If this is the case, try creating a report. Forms can be printed but not reccommended.

The only thing that is extending beyond the margins are the form header and page header. Can these be shortened somehow?

I assumed you were printing a report. Mr B's post has me wondering. Are you working with a form or a report? The page header/footer bars will extend across the page, but what's relevant is the vertical line representing the right edge of the sections.

I am working with a form and was looking at it in print preview. I have printed this form forever, but was recently updating it and suddenly had this problem.

I'm not sure then. I agree with Mr. B; I'd create a report. I've never had much success printing forms. You have a lot more control over a report.
