I've been fiddling around with the Tools>>Security settings but I can't seem to find a way where only I can make changes to the database and the users can't just use the switchboard. If you are regular user you don't need password but if you are admin you do.

How do I do that?

Security is a world of it's own

Hi :)

I'm currently fiddling around with security myself, but I'm sorry to say there is no short answer. The best advice I can give you is the same I found on this forum:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=%2Fsupport%2Faccess%2Fcontent%2Fsecfaq.asp

It might be daunting at first, but reading this is only first step to really understand how to secure an access database. Even though it might present security measures that is stronger than you need, you get to understand the possibilities you have when securing you db and the WEAKNESSES of a poor security design.
