select and update record from ListBox (1 Viewer)

Hi All.
I create two forms:
1. Main form to display records in ListBox
2. Detail form to add new record

How to modify the Main form to give user ability to select and update record? If it is possible.

Are you trying to make a split form? You see a continuous view and a detail view.
