I can't believe Bob loaded the gun for you.

Well to be fair, I loaded the gun first,. I just put the bullets in back to front in error.

However from the previous posts of the o/p I could not see them listening to reason.

Pat,
When a person just posts the same post over and over again, in the same thread, I assume that they are not going to listen to reason.? Their mind is set, and no words are going to change that.
In that case you may was well put them out of their misery.

I would probably go with

Me.Control = NOT Me.OtherControl

in an event like AfterUpdate for just what you are asking?
