im planning to see a database i have devloped

do you have any guidlines for doing this - do i need licences etc?

As far as I am aware it depends on what the buyer has in terms of licence. You own the copyright to the code you have written and the objects you have built. If they have a licenced copy of Access that will run your application then you can sell your development to be used on it. If they don't have a copy of Access they could either buy it or you can use the developers tool kit to bundle the application. This has a royalty free runtime licence of Access and away you go.
