Is there any way to send a command directly to the printer? Here's what I'd like to do:
I have RightFAX installed on my client PC's, which allows users to fax documents directly from the desktop. This program allows the use of 'embedded codes' in documents to control how a document is faxed. When I fax a document from MS Word, I can insert a field (INSERT-->FIELD...) in the document with the PRINT command, which would send commands directly to the printer.
Is there any way to imitate this in Access? It'd be handy, especially for including something like a signature (RightFAX stores signatures so that you can insert them into faxed documents).
Thanks,
Jonathan
