I have put together various charts form my DB, using Pivot charts but would like to be able to export these out to Powerpoint, easily.

I am trying to use a macro and the "SendKeys" option to take a snapshot of the screen(form) and then have it pasted into Powerpoint.

Does anybody know the correct keystroke Syntax, to place in a Macro under "Sendkeys", for alt and Printscreen?

I've tried various ways of entering the code in the macro but cannot get the Macor to actually copy the active form into powerpoint, it does not seem to be doing the screen capture correctly.

Many thanks

Bad News Brown...

From the Help Menu in VBA

Note You can't use SendKeys to send keystrokes to an application that is not designed to run in Microsoft Windows or Macintosh. Sendkeys also can't send the PRINT SCREEN key {PRTSC} to any application.

Dont shoot the messenger

I won'tnecessarily be sending the "PrintScreen" key to another application, I will be using that keystroke to capture the image in Access (to the clipboard), the other application will be opened and then, hopefully a keystroke to paste the image from the clipboard.

Not sure if that makes sense.
