Setting up an Access database.

Please I need help in setting this up. I am setting up a database which has 12 months of data that comprises of Salary, Fringe, and Overtime for each of the 12 months. I have set up a table with the months in with a primary key of monthID. I would like to know if setting it up in a table like I have is the best way, I would also like any suggestions as to the best way I can do it. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
