snp to pdf Problem

Hi Experts,

I am having the problem that when I try to save my snp file to pdf file, sometimes the pdf file generated is not the correct one. For example i have a customer A and I have generated pdf files for it and now I want to make pdf file of report for customer B, now when sometimes the snp is tried to be saved as pdf it shows me the data of customer A and not of customer B.

any idea where the problem could be?

by the way from snp tp pdf this is done manually and not with vba.

So after you have created your snp file you then manually convert it to pdf. But sometimes the pdf is the wrong customer? correct. Nah! once the snp file is created it is simply a document and you are changing it format. I suggest that it is picking up a worng snp file from somewhere. If it does it again manually open the snp file and check that it is the correct customer then convert the same file to pdf. I bet it works.
