Just wondering if anyone would weigh in on a St Pats Parade or other St Pat celebrations.
Added the Parade Route flyer for Denver, Colorado.
It is still a big deal here in Colorado. It has judges and finishes up by Coors Field. Coors is a beer brewery in Golden, Colorado. I once knew a detective who went to Coors for a special case.
Some places don't celebrate St Pats the same now days.
This is the route and my guess is a quarter million might take part as audience or in the parade. Will post the results here later.
Denver had the mining in the 1840's known as the 49' ers. Lots of immigrants during those times. There are several Irish Pubs downtown. Granted.... not as authentic as those in Ireland or even New York City. But still, family owned for generations instead of some chain. The parade is a big deal, lots of great beer discounted activities and lots of green in every shape form and liquid.
