Solved Stacked Column with Date Range

Hi,
my project test is drawing stacked column, i created stacked column in [frmSafeAct] Between (x-Category ) Action Reference , (Y-Category) Unsafe Act Count and (Legend Series) is Unsafe Act (Positive and negative).
It is done easy.
But when create new query with expression date range, the problem is occurs and dont drawing. and start the attached message.

i am having error on your Parametered Query, it won't display on the Graph.
i made my own (using Excel).
you can change the dates in Form2 and it will be reflected on the Chart.

Can be change paramatrized qurey and using it, instead of Excel sheet?
