Hi

Sorry if this has been answered before but I cant find it. Are you still able to create a DB that can be just run by a user from his PC using Access 2013 like we all did with access 2003., not using sharepoint or making it web based. I have dabbled in DB's for many years and have a charity who wants me to make them a small easy made DB thats only accessible on their brand new PC with office 2013 on it. They want to back it up to their own portable hard drive once a week and want nothing to do with it ever being in the cloud or on a far away server. I very recently purchased office 2013 but cant readily ascertain if the above is still feasible.

Yes. Is this a trick question? What am I missing?

You create your databases and send them the .accdb file (you can even make it a 2003 file - .mdb) .

Thanks plog not a trick question only looked at access 2013 for 5 mins and did not see these options thanks
