start menu window

Hello there Knowledge access people of the world !!!

How do I get back to the Start menu setting window after you have removed all 'thick' boxes , such as "allowToolbar/Menu changes", "Allow Built-in Toolbar", etc, to enable this menus again???

Hold the shift key down while you start Access.
