Store Value to (TABLE) from (FORM)

Hi

I want to know how can i Store Value from FORM to Table.

Ex: I made count in FORM and i want to store that data in TABLE?

Why do you want to store the "count" in a table?
It is not good practice to store calculated values in tables. All DB's are designed to store info in tables. Results of info can be computed and used in querys, thus are available to forms and reports.
