Subform Help

I'm pretty unfamiliar with subforms and how they work and so far my tinkering hasn't been getting the job done. Instead of trying to walk through the problems I'm having, I wonder if anyone has a good Subform Tutorial they like that they would be willing to recommend. Thanks!
