I've read a lot about subform scrolls, but my issue is that my property sheet doesn't even have the option to add scrolls. Feel like I'm missing something fundamental here . . . thanks in advance.

The scrolls are part of a form, not a subform control. A subform control is just a house for a form. If the number of records your subform is returning will fit on one page, it will not show a scroll bar.

I'm definitely past the number- and the mouse scroll is the only way to scroll through them at this point.

So go into the form (not the subform) and check the Property Sheet for the Vertical and Horizontal Scroll properties and ensure they're set.

Thanks for your help with this - clearly I'm newer to Access. Form scroll were set to vertical, however I only still saw the vertical scroll for the entire window. Weird thing though- I grabbed the right side of the margin and drug it as far right as it would go and all of a sudden the vertical scroll popped up in my record list . . . and is staying even as I correct the margin. Any insight?

Of course my file says it has security issues and will not upload. I really appreciate your help though, and if I can figure out a way to get you more useful information in order to help me I definitely will. I have a feeling this forum is going to be a huge asset, and I'm thankful I found it.

Like the link says you should remove any confidential information and add test data. The site has been running for many years and of course we don't expect anyone to upload anything confidential.

You've got quite a few forms there... which forms should I be looking at?
