Switchboard - error 429 when other users open the database (1 Viewer)

I have created a switchboard and have tried to role the database out to other users. However other users get the following (Error 429..........ActiveX Component cant create object" when Access attempts to open the switchboard.

It does offer to debug, but I think my level of expertise has ran out!!!

Please help!
