I would actually go about this a different way, unless I've misunderstood the goal. I don't see the need for the listbox. I would include that field in the combo rowsource:
SELECT DISTINCT [Recoverables Main].Associate, [Recoverables Main].Relocation FROM [Recoverables Main] ORDER BY [Recoverables Main].[Associate];
change the column count to 2
and then your code is:
If Me.cboName.Column(1) = "Yes" Then
SELECT DISTINCT [Recoverables Main].Associate, [Recoverables Main].Relocation FROM [Recoverables Main] ORDER BY [Recoverables Main].[Associate];
change the column count to 2
