switching between forms

I would actually go about this a different way, unless I've misunderstood the goal. I don't see the need for the listbox. I would include that field in the combo rowsource:

SELECT DISTINCT [Recoverables Main].Associate, [Recoverables Main].Relocation FROM [Recoverables Main] ORDER BY [Recoverables Main].[Associate];

change the column count to 2

and then your code is:

If Me.cboName.Column(1) = "Yes" Then

Hi huskies,
I am no expert by any means but it did occur to me that if you create a new combo box with a list you provide [i.e. yes, no] and then assign value to your table field in question you may have more success with the code you are using.
Also just a thought you mentioned you were unable to upload the file, have you tried repair and compact before zipping?
