switching from table to form (lose data problem)

Ok, so again with my sportscard database I am working here. When I switch from my table to my form for entering my cards, I lose some of the data stored in my lookup wizard columns. For example, I have a lookup wizard for the 'team' column. When I enter a team, it stores it so it will remember it the next time I type it in for another card. However, I tend to lose some of these teams sometimes. Y is this??

Are you saying you have look-up fields in your tables. If so see this link as to why you shouldn't do tis

I now understand what you were saying back then...it makes sense.

As I said, I'm a rookie to this whole Access deal, but I'm learning on my own with a lot of help from all of you.
