Stupid quick question,
Is it possible to change the color of tab controls from gray to some other color ? I can't see any background color field in the properties box ?
Thanks Chris

Jack,
Thanks, I downloaded the file and unzipped. It was an access database that had two sample forms with colored tabs, but I am not sure what to do with it, or how it would relate or link to my database. Any ideas ??
Thanks again
Chris

He has supplied you with the code in the modules and behind the forms. You will have to copy the modules to your database and then add the necessary code behind you tab form(s) so you can have the tabs the colors that you want. As you can see it is not an easy job to color the tabs in Access....

hth,
Jack

Thanks jack,
I'll give it a try !

You are welcome. It is a bit tricky but with a few hundred hours of back-breaking labor you will have it sorted! Good luck!

Working with Lebans

OK, I know the big question is how to change tab colors, and the answer is always lebans site. And thank the dear person for making the code, truely allowing us to have an option, that seems like it should be nothing more then a right click.

However, Lebans code is nothing for the novice like me, in fact, it is down right confusing.

I looked through and through Leban's code, yet there is no clear place of what exactly we need to change?? Should there just be a place in the code to change the color values? I am not sure how the code fits back into the program. I moved the module files over to my program, but from there, I don't know what exactly to edit...can anyone outline this from the code? Or is it something everyone just has to work through per access program??

thnx.
