Table relationship in front end?

So... right off the top, could you have all three scans in one table with three fields for each scan? Or if you are really open to ideas, there may be other options depending on how many total cycles you run in a day/week...

Edit - If you think you will be happy with the way its going then there's no real need to rip it apart on my account, you probably have better things to do...

42 These items are checked in 2 or 3 days.
About 14 items per day.
Occur at most 3 total checks of the product to get approval of the 42 items
We produce over 60 products a day, and only use a form on paper to record the 3 possible checks.

I thought of creating the form equal to what is on paper. 42 items listed beneath each other with 3 fields next to the filling status.

But notice one thing, if I need relations between tables in any other form in another sector of the application, I have the same problem, agree?

How many failures and NA's?

Okay, so I looked at the images and I see Relationships in the Backend and a bunch of tables in the Front end Relationship window. I will say this again... The Relationships in the Frontend are irrelevant, they are there but they are really just for looks. The only ones that count are the ones in the Backend, so something else is going on with your database.

Somewhere, somehow, something has happened to your Frontend. Do you have a back-up of your database before you split it? If so, I would suggest you split it again. You can also try copying everything into a new database and see if that fixes the problem, But the problem to fix is creating a query for your Form not the Relationships.

Side note: I do see one table in the Frontend that is not a Linked Table. If you include that one in your query then it will not be related to anything because the Relationships are in the Backend.

Great! I'm thinking something went wrong with that other Frontend. Now, I would suggest you keep a back up of this new Front end in case something like that happens again!
