Please can someone assist me with a table which will allow me to put my clients into categories which I can bulk email, ? If this is possible....(through outlook perhaps) and then also how to go about setting reminders in MsAccess which will come up to remind me to contact clients on certain days? Thank you so much

Can you show us your current tables and relationships?
Normally you would have a Category Table with some sort of Id and a CategoryName field. Can a Client be in more than 1 category?

If only 1 category per client, then you could add a field to the client Table (categoryId) and populate it with the Id from the appropriate category.

If a client can be in many categories, I would suggest a Junction table eg ClientCategory with fields ClientId and CategoryId. Make a unique index of these 2 fields to prevent duplicates.

When dealing with bulk email, group by Category.

Thank you so much. I will do the category tables according to your suggestion. As far as I know, clients will only be in 1 category. how would I execute sending the bulk mails from Access? (If possible) and also, is it possible to setup reminders in access to call the clients? Thank you again for your help

I have not done bulk email thu Access. I was commenting on how to deal with Client and category. I suggest you may want to create a new post specific to email and bulk email via Access. I'm sure there are others who have dealt with such an issue.
