Text Fore Color/Colour Transparency

Is it possible to manipulate the transparency % of fore color in a text box?

Also is it possible to rotate this text box at say a 45° angle?

I have never seen transparency but you change the color using Conditional Formatting.

I have heard of rotating the TEXT but never the text box, at least not for a Form.
