Solved Textbox scrollbar behavior (1 Viewer)

I have a textbox set to 0.527 cm heigth.
Scrollbar: vertical
Can Shrink, Can Grow
the form is a single form

There are 2 issues with the scrollbar
1. The text goes under the scrollbar
2. The scrollbar doesn scroll at all

If I double the heigth of the textbox, then everithing works, multiple line becoming available by scrolling the vertical bar
Yet, iti is not the intended behavior.

Any ideea if this can be fixed?

1. can shrink and can grow has no effect on textbox on form.
2. your textbox is too small for the "scroll" marker to show.
3. your textbox should be taller than the "scroll" marker for it to show.
