The OLE server isn't registered message

I use the Microsoft flexgrid control in an access program I support and it works great. I am trying to use flexgrid in a new access program I am developing and get the message "The OLE server isn't registered. To register the OLE server, reinstall it."

Why can I use it in one, but try to add it in another and it won't let me.
It is in my References. Any help would be appreciated.
