Time in Hour Blocks

Does anyone have a query that will put time in hour blocks for a 24 hour period?

Example: 13:45 would be put in "13:00 x 13:59"
Example: 14:15 would be put in "14:00 x 14:59"

I think it would look something like this but there might be an easier way:
Time Groups: IIf([Time] Between 13:00 And 13:59,"13:00 x 13:59",IIf([Time] Between 14:00 And 14:59,"14:00 x 14:59"))

and so on for 24 hours

The Hour() function will get you the hour, and you can concatenate the rest to that.
