Timeline Automation

Does anyone know, is there a way to set up an automated timeline? I set up a timeline for a unit, but going forward, I'm going to need to do a timeline for twenty plus units on a weekly basis. I have the raw data, I just need some automatic way for it to update the timeline. I am attaching what I created for the one unit for you to see what I am talking about. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I typed Timeline in Excel into a google search and there are literally hundreds of templates and links available.
