Question Timesheet data & report

In the company that I'm working, we have an access control system. Everyweek, we get a very simple report which is like this:

I decide to put theese data in access, in order to design a report that has in the same row the employee, the data and the time_in, time_out.
But I'm stucked...

What I want is a report like:

Employee_3 4/9/2010 9:35 16:53
Employee_1 3/9/2010 8:45 16:49

What I get is a report like:

Employee_3 4/9/2010 9:35
Employee_3 4/9/2010 16:53
Employee_1 3/9/2010 8:45
Employee_1 3/9/2010 16:49

From the few things I know about MS Access, I suppose that since every entry has an ID, I have to find a way to combine everyday's data.... Right???

Is there a solution? Can anyone help me please???

I would do this in Excel as you can use Text to columns followed by an IF Statement. Look at the following table:
