Apologies for the bad pun !
I am looking into whether I should link my SQL Server tables to my MS Access Front End or just use stored procedures to pass and receive data, as I will be running a relatively small database ( essentailly 3 smallish tables that will max about 150,000 records over 10 years)
I suppose what I am asking is what would be most efficient whats the downside to linking tables against Stored Procedures?
I personally thinh using SP could be quite troublesome intially, but might be worth the effort in the end. Linking could be an easy option but what about the efficiency or risk of corruption?
I ahve linked many Access tables to access FE over LAns' and WAn without any difficulty but again it would be small tables.
No doubt this may be one of these preferred choices.
Regards to all and thanks for you help
