Top 5 query

Ultimately I would like to create a report that displays ONLY 5 records and if values were tied it would show say "several with x". For example, based on the table below, I would like to display the results for Don, Joe, Tom, & Jim and have it indicate "two with 4 sales".

Don 9
Joe 8
Tom 5
Jim 6
Tim 4
Ann 4

I am guessing I need to use VBA to achieve I results I am looking for. I am a VBA newbie, so any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Look at "DemoTop5QueryA2000.mdb" (attachment, zip).
Look at Table1, Query1, run Query1.
