Total days

I have data relating to a start date and end date. I want to be able to run a parameter query that will select data relating to the start and end date, but will also allow for cross over months, IE
Table data:
Start End
28-03 03-04
Parameter entry:
01-04 03-04 = 3

Is this possibel!

Errrr, huh? Sorry, stupid American here and perhaps your date formats are throwing me, but I don't fully understand the question.

You have a [startdate] and [enddate] in your table, and want to put parameters in to show all entries that have some date between those two parameter dates? I'm not sure what the = 3 represents in your question.
