Goodmorning Access Pro's!

I hope I post this on the right forum.
I have a "major" problem with my Access database.

Let me try to explain.
I have created this database with my collegue, unfortunately he left the company but failed to deliver a good guide how he did his part of the database.

Now my boss want some adjustments in the database and after a week of trying (and trying to find some information on the internet) I am so lost.

I have included my database (clean) to this post so you can have a look how it is.

My problem:
As you can see this is a timeregistration database, I had this working fine.
Now my boss wants to add another feature, he want that my collegue's not only fill in their name (with dropdown menu) and register the check in (out) time, but also their activitity.
Now my problem is that the form is created in VB, and to be honest I can add some code to it (most of the time) but that is it. Now I would like another dropdown menu where they can chose their activity.
Also when someone checks in with a certain activity and wants to check out, the activity should be automaticly be the one he chose when he checked in.

I understand this is kinda a huge question, but I hope I am on the right spot for this.
I already signed up for a VB course, but that will take to long to get me started on this problem.

Any help that I can get would be very appreciated!

Kind regards,

Richard van Asperen

ik zal kijken, maar u moet mijn Nederlands bevestigen.

Bij deze bevestigd

ok, im over the speaking dutch thing, as i dont really trust babelfish to accurately express myself. I think im figuring out what your friend did. I've got a meeting, but if you don't need this NOW i should be able to shine it up.

Or someone with more experience could probably do this in like 30 seconds.

(basically im still relatively green to SQL and its taking me a minute to see whats happening, theres no explicit need for intervention from above)

Well I have discussed it with my boss, we agreed on the fact that I need time to get it fixed, so I am not in a real hurry..

I also tried to contact my collegue but he isnt answering my phones (would you blame him  )

Anyway I am trying my best to fix it, but I still keep killing the application :(

I wish i new Dutch...sorry i cant help:D
