Transferring Database data

'lo all,

I've been altering a database in a 'test' enviroment for sometime now, and am reasonable happy with the way this one has developed - however, in order to save me from having to make many changes all over again to the 'official' database, is there anyway I can transfer the data over?

I've added fields and such to the new database, would this cause problems?

Select yuor source database and import anything from it.
