two ways to create relationship in table?

I would like to confirm my understanding that there are two ways to create a relationship in tables. One is create it by using 'Relationship' and the other is go to lookup wizard.

1) relationship window
2) creation with code.

The lookup wizard does not enforce referential integrity or cascade on update/delete, you'd have to do that manually from the relationship diagram
