Hi,
After recently updating my computer and subsequently to Win XP form Win 98, have had mega dramas. Firstly, nothing would work but after uninstalling and reinstalling Office 2000 and developer tools several times then applying the office, jet4.0 and windows update (most recently the 6 hour to download Win XP SP-2) things are looking up! I also discovered I needed a few work arounds when using Docmd.close to close a form with list boxes and parameters (needed to add docmd.echo false etc (KB article))
anyway, now, the latest drama!
MS Graph is cutting off the end of the charts and it won't let me resize them. I have the legend on the right in most charts and this is being cut off. I've tried everything (stretch, zoom, editing in a form). When I put the DB back on my old Win 98 computer, no problem!
Has anyone had this experience?
What other things am I going to find go wrong?
Are all my developer tools going to work as before?
Does anyone know the solution to the graph problem, I have searched and searched for an answer but to no avail?
Thanks to all who reply, this topic needs to be documented better for those in the business of trying to distribute software across all these different OS.
