Union Query

I have two Queries that I would like to join and I presume I need a Union Query.

1. Me.RecordSource = "Jon Outsourced Contacts Requiring Touch" is what I use for the Form RecordSource. Do I need to create another Query or do I put SQL as the RecordSource?

2. I want the records displayed to be unique, so there are no duplicates. Can I do this with a Union Query?

1) You can do it either way. SQL as the recordsource gets saved as a hidden query anyway.

2) Yes, just use UNION instead of UNION ALL

Note that a UNION query is read-only.
