I am trying to use a query to update a table. I have 2 tables, called TBL_Zips (Old) and TBL_ZipsImp (New). I am trying to update TBL_Zips with all the new values of ZipsImp. Both tables are exactly the same in regards to fields. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Yes both tables have a valid 2 field primary key.
Here is the table structure
Date- Date/Time Size 8
Qty of Listings- Double Size 8
Dir Num - Long Integer Size 4 (PRIMARY KEY)
Dir Name -Text Size 50
ZipCode - Long Integer Size 4 (PRIMARY KEY)
PostOfficeName - Text Size 50
Community - Text Size 50
State - Text Size 50
Distribute - Text Size 3
LocalMktAssignment -Text Size 3
