updating telephone number to address field

Hi i have been up all night and i am banging my head now please help
I am developing a database for a local takeaway delivery i work at
I have created the part where the menu and prices and ingrediants are stored and that is working well and part populated (a huge menu) but i am now stuck on.
What i would like to do is when an order is entered - they typically don't go on name - they take down telephone number and address to be delivered to.
What i would please like is
When the telephone number is entered it searches the previous orders and if there is a match to that number it automatically upates the address it has in the address field - so that does not have to be done
However customers move around a lot i have noticed so must be able to be edited and then remembered for the next time
I would also like to have the amount of previous orders, highest spend, total spend and average spend,
Please can anyone help me before i go mad, thanks B

Do you have a date in your "Order" table?
If yes, the search for the max date and the phone number using a recordset, if found put the address in the address field.

Think i attached it - it is very basic though - well well out of practice with this, probably near 20 years since i did any coding at all and it shows!

Type in a phone number in the address form, and look what happen.

Sorry to be a pain
But how do i also link a comments field - so any previous comments made
such as if i enter "brian is staff" or Brian likes thin crust - it shows up when i enter phone number
There may be others as well - just cant think of them yet - so is this the right approach i wonder? but all thier orders come on the night and a lot of them are new customers and as said the phone number and address is all they record?
Also how do i do previous order counts
