uploading picture using access

i m newbie here, and im sorry if this is not the place for my question.

i want to upload picture by using access forms,i have searched many web sites but i cant find any good information about that. If this is possible can anyone please tell me how i can do it.

i think my post is not enough to explan well.

we upload pictures to database by using asp,php etc. and i want to do it without using these codes, i want to do it just using access, if access has tool for it please explain how.
