BY ACCIDENT I CLICKED OF THE FULL MENUS OPTION. HOW DO I NOW GO BACK 2 FULL MENUS??

Hold down the shift key when opening the db. If that doesnt work try ctrl break at the same time when first opening db.

IVE MADE A SWITCHBOARD IN MY DATABASE, BUT I ONLY WANT THAT TO SHOW UP WHEN I START THE DATABASE. HOW DO I DO THAT??

Any chance you can use lower case when necessary as uppercase is rather offputting and netiquettely speaking, it's considered to represent shouting and is therefore rude when not relevant?
