Use VBA to track parcels from USPS API

Does anyone have a module to get status and info for parcels from USPS API ?
I have created the code attached, but I don't know how to get the right response :

I read the whole article, I have started a module (attached before), I can send the tracking number but I can't figure out how to get the response

bit beyond my experience but looks like it is pure XML so I would take a look at this link
