User level security (1 Viewer)

Hi there,
I am having problem with user level security.
I am creating a small database in MS office 2007 but save it as MS office 2003 compatibility. Access 2007 allows me to set user level wizard. In fact, it works fine on a machinve which i use for database development.
But when i save it onto USB stick and open on different PC then the security on longer exists.

What it is the solution for this please?

Sorry posting such stupid question above. I should have found and read what many people posted on google excessively. I finally found the solution for that.

But my next question is that: How can i manage the permission to user.

I have a main form. there are 3 parts in it (Data entry, Report and Send data to excel). What i need is to lock Data entry part, not allow guest to access. Only allow admin and Data entry users.

I know this is another stupid question, if any one can point me to right direction would appreciate.
