User log in form for access 2003

Good evening all,

I am trying to create a user log in form that will restrict people from accessing a certain form in my database. This log in form would require the user to enter a user name and password to gain access to the other part of the database.

I have found previous posts on this but i can not access the sample data bases they have provided, as i keep getting "missing plug in " messages
