Hi All,

I have reports, that are based around dates. Is it possible to make a report highlight different report outputs according to age?

In other words, if an entry is older than say 15 days, highlight it in blue, if its older than 30 days highlight in orange etc etc

I need to find a way for managers to quickly identify old cases to drill down on.

Thanks in advance

Sure; the simplest method is Conditional Formatting on the ribbon.

hi,

Awesome.....where do you do that? :D

Sorry I'm still a bit new to access. Im using Access 2013 by the way.

Like I said, it's on the ribbon. Select a control in design view first.

Ok figured it out thanks...

Now to work out the expressions :)

No problem. Post back if you get stuck.
