I have a small MS ACCESS database program that i want to distribute to my friends who doesn't have MS ACCESS. Therefore i need to make a runtime version of this database. I downloaded and installed the MS Runtime.exe for MS Access 2007 .
Now i want to know what are the steps to fullfill in order to get a runtime version of my dtatabase, using this runtime.exe.

How do i launch this exe file ? where is it situated on my harddisk? I think it has someting to do with "Developer option" that can be seen when clicking on the office button, but more than that i don't know.

I have done something similar with Access 2003. I developed the db with the full version then they installed the runtime version on their computers to use the db i created.

I believe you didn't understand my question quiet well. My question is, what are the different steps to make in order to get a Acces 2007 database using the ms access 2007 runtime exe.

You download the runtime file and execute it on the workstation where you want your db to run. Then you just create a short cut to your database file and run it. It's the old file extension thing where the computer knows which program to run to open the file. Like if you double click a word document it knows to start word then open your file.

Hope that all makes sense.
